Not even received my order and I’m leaving a 1 star I can only hope the products are amazing to make up for this.Ordered 9 days ago and still no update I can’t even look for an update on my account because the page seems to be faulty and won’t let you click on it.Unhelpful customer service “just give it another week” Get a grip and pull your fingers out every other company is managing to run efficiently through covid so don’t try and blame it on that.

We have been using Denby for 20 years plus. The same pattern is still available. They are hard wearing and survive the oven and dishwasher. We recently went to order some additional items through the web site and they were very poor. Late delivery wasting a day. The box was not taped up correctly and wide open on arrival. Fortunately DPD had protected it and apologised explaining it had been incorrectly assembled.On opening the glasses were dirty. The quality was awful. We compared them to a few of the seconds we had bought cheaply some time ago and they were worse. A crack in one and visible bubbles in most of them. One had a sharp edge you could cut yourself on. All I can say is buy from a shop where you can inspect the items first.Customer services organising replacements but could not warranty that they would be better prior to arrival.

Ordered a dinner set and some extra plates and bowls, part paid by Tesco Clubcard vouchers and also took advantage of 40% Easter weekend sale. Two large boxes arrived on Friday with an email beforehand advising me of the time. All items were really well packed and they were all received in perfect condition. Will 100% be ordering more.

I have ordered a set of the Azure cascade mug 3 times now and each time they send me the Heritage Fountain Cascade mugs in a dark blue colour, clearly not azure, clearly not the colour on the website but a sticker on which says Azure. Someone has mixed this up in their warehouse but I really can’t be bothered to contact customer services again to explain. I can’t be the only person this has happened to.

Ordered Halo plates from Danby genuine site. Plates arrived with blue dots on it and pattern fault. I complained. They sent a second set, all the same. Second time they right that the plates are ok because I still can use them. I already have the set, just order replacement plates, so I know what it should be. Company called back and told that they selling with discount second quality stock. However, they promised to send me best quality stock now free of charge. I am waiting for my new delivery.

Similar to other reviewers, I’ve waited over 2 weeks for 2 packs of table mats and they still can’t tell me when I’ll get them. They claim it’s because of Covid but I’ve had no issues with any other online retailer, I think they need to up their game. In view of this I probably won’t buy from them again

People always talk about how Denby dinnerware is for life - 7 years on still going strong.I love my dinnerware and keep expanding my collection. So lovely to support a UK business. Thank you for making all my dinner dreams come true.

I have ordered various items in various orders over the past month for our new home. I wanted some gorgeous new dinner ware and fell in love with the Denby range. I cannot fault them at all, delivery was reasonable during this time and the plates are beautiful! I even ordered some of the 'seconds' and end of line ranges and I cannot tell where the issue is they look just as lovely as the 'good' range I purchased. I have had so many comments on the platters and boards we bought as we took photos of our table spreads and sent to family to see, they are all in love with the small oval plates from the Monsoon range! I have loved stocking up our new home with such luxurious pottery and if you are thinking about it, just order, you will love the luxury in your kitchen :)

This review really needs two separate ratings - one for service and delivery, the other for the products.Delivery was truly appalling - and would barely achieve half a star. I waited 12 working days (I have noticed that Denby are now quoting 12 working days on their website) from placing the order before it arrived, and everything showed as in stock when I placed the order. I did speak to Denby after day 10 and they claimed due to Covid their warehouse was working within the guidelines and unable to dispatch any quicker.Most other places are still able to deliver within a few days, most next day and some even the same day!!! Don't get left behind Denby.The products are great though, very happy when they did finally turn up, hence they've been redeemed to three stars.If you want it quickly then go elsewhere, if you're happy to wait 2 - 3 weeks, then they have my recommendation.

pleasant personable customer service until you asked them to do something... I asked for some links as on Android the website wasn't the easiest to navigate ...the EXACT words were ' if I did that for everyone there wouldn't be enough time in the day'. Anyways 6 full working days after the order and 3 after I've emailed them for an update.. an automated email but NOTHING else not a word ... really poor service.. they need to SERIOUSELY up their game .. hense the 2 stars. Placed my order 8 full working days and 2 weekends ago.. update, today I've recieved a mail saying saying that's not enough time to get a parcel ready for despatch ... Sorry but I just can't see that..Update midday 19 days after order was placed. . Still no expected delivery date. No excuses... TRULY inexcusably poor service . Edit, arrived today.. HOORAY !!!! completely out of the blue... No email notifications.. just a knock on the door..... Saying that VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT ...just a shame about the delivery service.. think it has to be the worst ive EVER came across..

I have only used their cast iron. Found it to be of good quality. Contacted Jace H in Customer Services recently. They were very helpful.

I have been collecting Denby products for many years, and this Christmas I received some new knives. I have always found Denby to be of high quality, and the knives were no different. They clean beautifully every time, and have made such a difference to my cooking. I would definitely recommend Denby.

I bought a number of Denby Halo mugs just before Xmas. They arrived in good time but the quality of some of them were very poor. Three out of the 7 mugs had sharp handles from missing glaze. From the three replacements sent, two were still terrible. In fact, despite paying for first quality items, one had a seconds sticker on and also a faulty rim. The customer services I have been dealing with are very polite but the standard of mugs are very poor. I have asked for a refund on the two mugs and waiting for a reply. Avoid Denbypottery.com as you are sent rubbish.
